1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Erpilo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service
Erpilo is a free and simple ERP platform for small businesses. The Service provides tools for invoicing, product management, inventory tracking, and basic business administration.
Erpilo is a software tool only and does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Accounts
Certain features of the Service may be used without creating an account. To access full ERP functionality, you must register for an account.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities performed under your account
- You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

You retain all rights to the data you enter into the Service. We process personal data only as described in the Privacy Policy and do not claim ownership of your business or customer data.

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe the rights of others
- Upload or distribute malware or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Use the Service for fraudulent or deceptive purposes

6. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Erpilo and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Erpilo is not liable for loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption
- Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the last 12 months, if any

8. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by updating the "Last updated" date.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Estonian courts.
